Thai Cold Rolled Steel Sheet Public Company Limited (TCRSS) organized the “ONE TCRSS : THE POWER OF US - TCRSS TEAM RELATION & CSR 2026” event on August 27 – 28, 2026 at the Regent Cha-Am Beach Resort, Cha-Am District, Phetchaburi Province. This was the second event of the year, following the first session held on May 28 – 29, 2026. The program was organized to strengthen relationships, foster employee engagement, and create a happy workplace while expressing appreciation to all employees for their dedication, commitment, and contributions toward achieving the Company’s shared goals. Through a series of enjoyable and interactive Team Building activities, participants strengthened communication, teamwork, trust, unity, and collaboration, all of which are essential foundations for organizational success.

In addition, employees participated in a CSR activity by releasing short-neck clams at the Sirindhorn International Environmental Park in Cha-Am District, Phetchaburi Province. The activity aimed to support the conservation and restoration of natural resources, enhance the abundance of coastal ecosystems, and promote environmental awareness among employees as part of the Company’s commitment to sustainable development. The event reflected the spirit of “ONE TCRSS : THE POWER OF US”, which embraces the belief that the greatest power comes from everyone working together, sharing ideas, collaborating, creating happiness, and moving forward toward success as one team.
