1. In respect to SPCC sheet or strip
of
standard grade or of as annealed,
where the value obtained by tensile
test and/or Erichsen test are guaran
teed by the order of purchaser, its
symbol for classification shall be
SPCCT with a T suffixed to its origi-
nal symbol. |

Remarks |
1. The tensile test value does not usually apply
to SPCC. When required by the purchaser, however, the values
in parentheses shall be adopted. |
| |
2. For those less than 0.60 mm. in thickness,
the tensile test shall generally be omitted. |
| |
3.This Table applies to those of 30 mm. or more
in width. |
| |
4. When the non-aging is specified for the standard
grade steel sheet and strip of SPCE, it shall be guaranteed
for 6 monthes after the shipment of
the manufacturing factory. The term non-aging means the property
not to produce stretcher strain on the
sheet being worked. |
| |
5. For intermediate thicknesses in the range
from 0.4 mm. to 1.6 mm. of nominal thickness, which are not
listed in this The Erichsen value shall
be determined by means of interpolation to a tenth's place
obtained by rounding of. |
| |
6. The above Erichsen values apply to the average
of the test values of 3 pieces. |

Remarks:
1.Grade1, Grade2 and Grade3 shall be respectively applied
to steel sheets of under 780 N/mm2, 780N/mm2 and 980N/mm2
2.The value of flatness shall, as a rule, be measured by placing
the steel shet on a surface plate. It shall be obtained by
sub- tracting nominal thickness of steel
sheet from the maximum value of strain and be applied to theupperside
surface of steel sheet. |
